Room Information:The Studio is a modern spacious apartment with all modern facilities including queen size bed, kitchen facilities, separate shower toilet and laundry area, outdoor entertainment area with BBQ, off street parking. This apartment is for two guests and has inter-connecting double doors to the other apartments for group bookings. Note that your tariff does NOT include provisions for breakfasts. Provided in the tariff are milk, tea, coffee, chocolates and a bottle of wine. There are a number of good breakfast options within a short walking distance from the apartments. |

Special Booking Restrictions:All South Australian long weekends: – minimum 3 night stay Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights: Australia Day Long Weekend (January) Anzac long weekend (April) Easter – minimum of 4 night stay New Year’s Eve Period – check in on 31 December. No check ins/outs permitted on New Year’s Day Barossa Vintage Festival – minimum 4 night stay
Terms of Payment A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival require full payment at the time of booking. Arrival and Departure Times Accommodation is available from 3.00pm on the first day of your stay and Check out is at 11:00am on your departure day unless other arrangements are made.
CANCELLATION AND DAMAGE POLICY Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur 50% of the total booking fee. This fee however may be used towards re-booking at a future date. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, will forfeit the full amount paid. If you do not arrive and/or stay for the entire number of nights that have been booked, no refund will be given. We recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover for unexpected situations requiring cancellation of bookings.

Smoking Policy Smoking within the Accommodation is strictly forbidden however guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. If we determine evidence of smoking in the cottage, we reserve the right to apply a minimum cleaning fee of $200 which will be charged to the guest’s account.
